1. Personal Consultation - A telephone consultation is included with every package if you would like it.  We will talk with you about what you want your site to do for your business, answer all your questions, and perhaps recommend modifications to the standard package based upon your objectives.  Packages 4-5 include as many phone consultations as needed to put your site together.  All packages include answers by email.
   
   
2. Your Own Domain Name - Having your own web address (www.yourname.com) is important and only costs about $15.00/year.  If you already know the name you want, see if it is available and reserve it now to be sure you get it.  If you already have a domain name, we'll deduct the cost (up to $15/year) from the package fee and send you instructions on how to make it point to your site.  If you would rather have us take care of everything for you, we'll help you find an available name as part of your package.
   
   
3. Professional Page Design & Site Setup - We use the graphics and text you provide to prepare attractive, fast-loading web pages by optimizing the graphics and using efficient page code.  We test your pages on the two major browsers and load them onto your server for you.  We reserve the right to treat excessively long pages (more than a few images or 1000 words) as more than one page.
   
   
4. Quality Web Hosting - Each package includes high-speed hosting for your web site:  The minimum hosting required for each package is included but you can upgrade your hosting plan for more features or space at any time.  Ask us if you have special requirements, the standard hosting packages are:

	Business hosting, included with Package 4, provides you with 50 MB on your own virtual server, unlimited ability to update and expand your site, a secure page area, an easy to use administrative control panel, 24/7 technical support by email, instant access to traffic statistics, functions to create up to 50 POP email addresses with a few mouse clicks, and more ($15.95/month).
	Support-Plus hosting provides you with 200 MB on your own virtual server, unlimited ability to update and expand your site, an easy to use administrative control panel, 24/7 LIVE technical support, instant access to traffic statistics, functions to create up to 20 POP email addresses (including outgoing) with a few mouse clicks, and more ($24.95/month).

5. "Branded" Email@Yourname.com - We believe that "branded email" is so important for a business that we include it in every package.  These have the same address as your web site (like yourname@yoursite.com) to provide a professional image and help promote your identity.  We setup your initial email account at the same time as your hosting account.    
   
   Subdomain hosting includes email forwarding (which allows you to receive incoming email@yourname.com but requires you to use your current email account to send outgoing email).
   
   The budget hosting package and above include POP email which let you create multiple email accounts to send and receive email.  Many of the packages also include webmail (lets you read/send email through your browser like Yahoo). We will also provide POP email software if you need it and walk you through installation and use on your computer (allows you to create form letters and mailing lists).
   
   
6. Submission  to Major Search Engines - When your pages are created, we include the metatags used by the search engines to list your site.  After it has been finalized, we make the initial submission to the major search engines.
   
   
7. Technical support by email - All RAL Technologies clients can ask questions and get technical support for their site by email.
