We help them get started fast with a customized, professionally designed web site. Our service request forms walk them through the web site development decisions, let them fill in some forms for the required information, and then we setup everything they need. The setup package includes:

• Setup of their virtual server.
• We take care of getting their domain name having it setup for their web site. (If they already have a domain name, we will provide the information that they need to use it on this web site.)
• Use of our service request forms to select the pages that they want and enter their selection/information.
• Initial setup includes up to 4 custom built web pages with their logo, text, and graphics. (Many additional pages and features can be added to the site.*)
• Choice of the appearance they like from from hundreds of professionally-designed page templates. (A custom design can be prepared to match the company's business card, letterhead, or brochures.*)
• Setup of their email addresses per their request, and instructions on how to access them.*

As soon as they have selected a domain name, we immediately setup their server and their email accounts which are active as soon as their domain name resolves (typically in about 48 hours).

As soon as they are ready for their site to be created, we review their request, contact them with any questions and build it. Then we load their files onto their server, test it, have them review it and correct as necessary.

Their site is kept up and running with a full service hosting account and basic webmaster services. The hosting plan includes:

• 50 MB virtual server* (enough space for (3) 10 MB email accounts and well over 100 web pages.)
• 1 GB/month data transfer.*
• Their own control panel, to administer the server.
• Full email function including POP email, webmail, email forwarding (aliases), responders, vacation messages, and SPAM filters.
• Online web site traffic reporting.
• Frontpage extensions, should they wish to have them.
• Online help and technical support help desk.

In addition to the hosting, the monthly fee also includes the domain registration cost and free corrections by our technical staff. The member just fills out a form in our service request area and we take care of the changes.
