Here's what is included in the Golf Course Package:
- Personal Consultation - We will talk with you about what you want your
site to do for your business, answer all your questions, and perhaps recommend
modifications to the standard package based upon your objectives. A telephone
consultation is included in the package as the most economical way to do this. But
we will meet with you at your course for the additional cost of doing so.
- Your Own Domain Name - Having your own web address (www.yourname.com)
is important and only costs about $15.00/year. If you already know the name you
want, see if it is available and reserve it now to be sure you get it and we'll deduct the
cost (up to $15/year) from the package fee. If you would rather have us take care of
everything for you, we'll help you find the right name from what is still available.
- Full-Feature Web Hosting - We get you your own, full-function web site
hosting account, with a top quality, reliable national service. This includes all of
the following:

Email@Yourname.com - As soon as your hosting account has been setup, we
setup your basic email accounts. These have the same address as your web site to
provide a professional image and help promote your identity. We will also provide
POP email software if you need it and walk you through installation and use.
Customized 6-Page Web Site For Your Course - We will build your pages
and load them onto your server for you. We then notify you so you can review then
site. We then make any minor revisions you want. Here are the six pages
included in the standard package:
| Home Page with your club name, address, phone, logo or photograph, and
introductory paragraph about the course. |
| Course Information with all the statistics you want about the course
such as length, slope, and policies. |
| Course Layout with hole by hole descriptions and diagram or photograph
of each. |
| Tee Times and reservations policies along with green fee schedule. Available if
you wish is an online tee time request form. |
| Coupon/Special Offers you may wish to provide to promote business or
track web site usage. |
| Directions to help first time guests find your course, including a map. |
Other pages available to expand your site include: Pro Shop, Lessons, Tournament
Information, Restaurant, Banquet Facilities and Catering, Membership, Fundraising,
Handicap Calculator, League Information, and more (not included in standard package).
Submission to Major Search Engines - When your pages are created,
we include the metatags used by the search engines to list your site. After it has
been finalized, we manually submit it to the major search engines to get the best possible
listing.

We contact you to schedule the kick-off discussion
right away. This is
usually a 30-40 minute phone call (might be longer if you are unsure
of
what you want) to be sure that we understand your objectives.
Then we
setup your server and email accounts for you as soon as we receive
your deposit.
We start building your site the same day we receive your
instructions about what
you want. And after your site is ready, you can
arrange any additional service you
want with just a phone call or an email.
